Chairman of the Society, Glyn Hopkin writes:
I was really saddened to hear about the passing of one of the Society’s oldest members recently, Elspeth Orrom, who would have been 94 this weekend.
Elspeth was the wife of Martin Orrom, one of the founders of the Society and a previous Chairman, and mother of Jane, the Society’s current Secretary. On behalf of the Committee and all our members, I would like to offer our sincere condolences.
Personally, I will always remember Elspeth for her cheerful personality and lovely smile.
