You can cancel this declaration at any time by notifying the Romney Society. You must pay an income tax/capital gains tax at least equal to the amount that the charity reclaims on your donation in the year. If your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income and /or capital gains equal to the tax that the Society reclaims you must cancel this declaration.
